I thought I had posted this card weeks ago - turns out I didn't so here it is:
This is the My Balloon Pure Innocence set by MFT. I don't know what it is about these characters but I think they are SO cute. Perfect for little tykes cards you know?
I stamped her onto CCD White Cardstock then colored her in with Copic Markers.
I then covered her shoes and her little barrette and the heart on her dress with Stickles - because little girls hafta have some bling (at least MY girls do - they LOVE glitter).
The sentiment is from the My Balloon set, I stamped it onto a scrap of patterned paper and punched it out with Stampin' Up!'s Word WIndow punch.
The little picket fence was made with a Martha Stewart punch (LOVE that thing - this is the only time I've used it though of course).
On the inside of the card I used more patterned paper.
All the patterned paper is from the Basic Grey Kioshi collection. As are the buttons on the card front.
I used another Martha Stewart punch to make the grass out of another paper scrap (now that punch I REALLY love - the look of it is perfect and SO much faster than me having to use my paper snips to make my own!).
I gotta run as I need to get out the door and get to work. My sister is my first client this morning and as she's really been looking forward to this appointment (she's 7 months pregnant and hasn't had much (if at all) pampering for herself) so I definitely need to be on time *grin*.
