*warning long post!!*
I had to take a bunch of pics to show y'all everything - so here we go:
I mentioned some time ago that I was making several cards with my latest stamp set - Baby Sentiments.
I FINALLY finished them - even though they are pretty simple my stampin' mojo has been seriously suffering for weeks now - and I am just blocked. So it took me a while to finish all of these, and then there was the pics and the editing and the uploading - all fun stuff of course *wink*. But they're DONE!
**also SORRY but I don't know the Copic colors I used on these! I had them sitting out and before I wrote them down I put all the markers back in the containers. And since I colored the images weeks ago I can't remember what colors I used!! I think I need to just get a little notebook SPECIFICALLY for me to write down my Copic colors - that way I can keep better track (well better than scraps of paper and sticky notes - which is what I usually do and again I'm lucky if I don't lose them or throw them out beforehand.....)**
The baby carriage image is from the CC Designs Gingersnaps Oh! Baby set (no longer available in rubber - but you can get the digital version of the set HERE).
I used my Cuttlebug Argyle folder on the kraft cardstock - LOVE how that looks!
All the sentiments are from the Baby Sentiments set. I used one of my Stampin' Up! punches to punch some of them out as well as some of my Nestabilities Tag Trio dies.
I used circle and scalloped circle nestabilities to cut out the carriage images and mat them with a scalloped circle cut from colored cardstock.
I kept the inside of the cards simple. I stamped various verses from the Baby Sentiments set onto a lighter pink cardstock, matted it with the darker pink and added a strip of white cardstock.
Then I made a set of 3 in blues.
*this argyle ribbon was in my stash - I got it at Michaels a year or two ago*
The insides of these cards were done in the same way as the pink set.
Then I did a set of 2 in yellow (which is my favorite. I think it's because it's so bright and cheerful looking!).
As with all the rest I used more verses from the Baby Sentiments set with 2 shades of yellow cardstock and a strip of white and that was it!
