Card for Your Nephew

I'm still trying to find more hours in a day - or another day in the week! Either that or if I could clone myself that would help too! I just can't seem to find enough time to get everything done that I need to!

ANYWHO - today the ATS team did a blog hop using images from the Sugarplums Spring Kit - you can check out the beginning of the hop HERE <------click!

I got a chance to make a card using one of the images (I had THE hardest time trying to choose an image - they are all so cute!) so I chose this Sitting Trevor image:

I stamped him onto CCD White cardstock and colored him in with Copics - you can check out the pic below for all the Copics used (I think I like this way of showing which colors I used - do you?).

I then cut him out - you can check out a video I did on detail cutting here <----click!.

All the patterned paper is discontinued My Mind's Eye paper. I still love it and the color combo and patterns are perfect for boy cards :o)

The sentiment is from my soon-to-be-released All Men sentiments set. I stamped the word 'Nephew' onto blue cardstock then punched it out with Stampin' Up!'s Large Oval punch then adhered it with dimensionals.

On the inside of the card I added more patterned paper and some white cardstock then stamped another sentiment from the All Men set onto blue cardstock and this time punched it out with SU's Word Window punch and that was it.

Now I gotta run - I have clients booked this evening so I have to get to my salon to work!
