Sorry this post is so late. My camera batteries died JUST as I was taking the pictures!!
Also FYI even though I'm posting pictures of the tree it's no where near "finished" - I have a lot more I want to do with it - but it generally takes me a couple of holiday season's (I'm guessing - with my "main" tree I've been working on it for a good 5 years now - still have more to go with that - I really love the whole process tho so there's no hurry) to collect/make the ornaments and to find everything I'm looking for - so while I feel like it doesn't look right yet (to me!) I'm still sharing the pics with all of you b/c I had so many requests!!
Here's my pink and white Christmas tree:
It's sitting in the corner of our dining room right now - we have a big unfinished room that will someday be my studio (for doing nails and pedicures and all that as well as house all my stamping stuff) and that is where this tree will go during the holidays. For now though it's right in plain site (which I am more than happy with LOL).
Sorry this picture is a little blurry - I couldn't get a better shot. I got this star topper downtown the other day (on sale for 4.99) - it was all white though.
I pulled off all the "pearls" that were on it and colored them all pink with a Copic marker and my airbrush system - worked like a charm!
I then re-attached the beads with my hot glue gun and it was good to go.
Here's a closeup of some other snowflake ornaments I made for the tree (besides the ones I posted about here).
I used my CuttleBug Ice Crystal die and cut out a bunch of snowflakes from the chipboard notebook paper backings - then covered them with Mod Podge using a foam brush and pouring on this really sparkly pink glitter I had in my stash from years ago. In real life they're SO sparkly!
The glitter ornaments in this picture can be seen here if you missed that post.

Anywho I hope y'all like my pink and white tree *grin*. It's difficult to capture just how pretty it is in real life (even if it's still needing more ornaments and whatnot!) - but I think you can get the jist of it!!
