Eeeekk!! The sneak peeks have started!! Check the ATS blog often as every day until the 10th of November there will be peeks of each new set being released this month!
Today's peek is of CCD's Christmas Around the World set - it is SO cute and there are several different sentiments in different languages!! Check out the ATS Blog sneak peek post to see more of them.
For my first card I used the monkey image from the set and the sentiment from my Christmas Sentiments stamp set.
I colored in monkey with my Copic markers, then added shimmer to the ornaments with these Pearlescent watercolors (that I am now in LOVE with!! They are wicked-cheap and add just the most gorgeous shimmer - I was playing with them all weekend and loving the results! And at that price you can't go wrong in getting them).
I of course added glitter to monkey's hat and the snowflakes (a Martha Stewart punch) via Crystal Stickles.
The patterned paper is from this Bo Bunny collection - I love the color combo!
I made a second card using the Christmas Around the World set - both the image and the sentiment are from this set.
I stamped the image and colored it in with Copics, then glitzed it up with more Crystal Stickles.
I punched the snowflakes out of the Bo Bunny paper, added stickles and let that dry before adhering them to the card.
I finished off the card with some wide grosgrain ribbon and a DoodleBug sugar coated brad and that was it!
