OK I'm a little later in the day than I planned but at least this is getting posted ON Friday LOL!!
I pulled out my witchybella stamp for this sketch - stamped it onto white cardstock and colored it with my Copics. I used my small oval stamp from A Muse to ground her using some green ink.
The bottom strip was embossed with one of the CuttleBug Frills border dies - this one looked perfect for a Halloween card.
I added an A Muse sentiment to the one strip, and some orange grosgrain to the top strip.
I added some KI Memories shimmery ghost paper to the card base, then used Shimmerz Angel Wings on the bella's dress and hat to match.
