I've been pretty quiet on here the past few days haven't I?? I've been INSANELY busy (we're right in the middle of moving! By the end of the month tho everything will be done and taken care of) plus I just started reading Twilight about 2 days ago. Suffice to say I've been reading it in every spare minute I've had and stayed up late last night to finish it and start on New Moon..........I KNEW I shouldn't have started reading them till after the move!!! LOL
Anyway I wanted to share a card with y'all before I need to hop in the shower then get to work packing and moving more stuff:
I got a few things from SU! recently - and the Manchester patterned paper was one of them - I LOVE this paper! The colors are so calm and serene and perfect for guy cards - I HAD to pull out my stamps and make a card with them.
The shirt and tie from Amy's Boutique was stamped onto the 2 different papers then cut out and glued together. The shoes from the set were stamped onto white cardstock then I colored them in with a couple of Copic markers before cutting them out.
The sentiment from Boutique Sentiments was stamped onto Kraft cardstock, then punched out with the Word Window punch (and punched again to shorten it a bit). I attached that to a punched out Key Tag shape of patterned paper.
Practically everything is on dimensionals - the shoes, the shirt and then all 3 separate pieces were attached with dimensionals.
The layout is my Friday Sketch! #29 - this time following the layout more closely. I matted the patterned paper with a piece of Baja Breeze CS (LOVE this color - I only got the assorted pack of In Colors - no ink or ribbon (I KNOW!!) and am really loving the colors - especially this one).
The ribbon is May Arts, brads are Bazzill.
Gotta run! Hope you all are having a great weekend!
