OY what a long day I had today - I had planned on getting the rest of the cards in my "Quilter's Sampler Set" finished and instead ended up wading through a TON of baby/toddler clothes, and going through the girl's toys and cleaning out their disaster of a toy chest. I ended up with nearly 2 BIG bags of garbage and nearly 3 large garbage bags of clothes and 1 of toys. My younger brother's girlfriend had a baby girl about a month ago and they were in need of clothes and toys so I gave all of it to them. They needed it and it felt SO good to purge and get rid of all of it so in the end it was a win-win :o)
Anywho here are a couple more cards I made for my card set using Papertrey's Quilter's Sampler and Quilter's Sampler Sentiments. You can scroll down to the post below to find out more details as these ones ARE pretty similar - but yet different:
For these two I used a base of PT Sweet Blush cardstock, and cut the scalloped mats from Dark Chocolate CS.
Same layouts, with the brown stitching (yup am totally loving the brown stitching - expect to see it a lot in the future!!), yet different sentiments and Sweet Blush Swiss Dot ribbon.
