OK I fiddled around this afternoon to try and get back into my stampin' groove and this was what I came up with - I think it turned out cute (just took me WAY longer than usual!) so hopefully that means my mojo is coming back!!
All these stamps are from the new CC Designs release - Froggie and Friends. These stamps are too cute!!
I stamped the turtle, colored him in with my Copics, then punched him out with my Marvy circle punch (blue). I used my mega scalloped punch to mat the image. The party hat and balloons were stamped, colored then cut out and adhered on top.
