Here's a quick little card I made the other day with My Favorite Things Rain or Shine stamp set.
I used Stampin' Up! designer paper (I think it's called Spring Flowers? It's retired anyway...) on the dress and doggy coat and umbrella.
The umbrella was made with an oval punch - I punched out the paper then used scalloped scissors to trim it.
I finished off the card with a little May Arts ribbon then called it a day!
