That's the name of the new Stampin' Up! set I just got - along with the matching Pretty Petals background stamp. These were the first stamps that caught my eye in the new catty and I HAD to have them - I just love these stamps!
I used the layout from this week's CPS sketch as my starting point.
I inked up the vine with markers, stamped them onto the white CS then used my Quickie Glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds glitter to add some bling to the leaves and blossoms.
I stamped the hummingbird (this is what sold me on the set - I adore this little bird!) separately, then used a blender pen and ink to color it in.
I then went over the entire bird with glue and covered it with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
The flowers are from SU!'s Pretties kit - I used re-inkers and an Aqua Painter to dye them in the colors I wanted (Barely Banana and Pretty in Pink on the big flower and Regal Rose on the smaller one) then attached them to the card with a brad from the kit.
I finished off the card with some Pretty in Pink taffeta ribbon (something else I LOVE - taffeta ribbon!) and the cards base stamped with the Pretty Petals BG.
