I had planned on uploading this card last night as I thought it was rather fitting for New Years Eve - but I got sidetracked with housecleaning and making goodies for the friends we had over last night LOL!
This card uses cosmobella by Stamping Bella, and the sentiment is from A Muse.
I used Copic markers to color her in - matching her outfit to the new Bali Breeze Designer Series® paper by Stampin' Up! (I LOVE that paper - the colors just scream summer to me!).
I added Star Dust Stickles to her shirt and drink as well as putting them on the Prima flower (I attached that with a WeR Memory Keepers jumbo eyelet).
