Here's the second card I made using one of Heidi Swapp's snowflake ghost shapes. Can you see it???
I used GinaK's new Penguin stamp, and the sentiment is also from GinaK.
I stamped the penguin onto white card stock using Brilliance Graphite Black ink then colored him in with Copic markers. Like the previous card I used liquid applique on his hat and scarf, and made the "ground" snowy as well, then poured on Dazzling Diamonds (Stampin' Up!) glitter before heating it up to make it all puffy and glittery.
The glitter also stuck to the brilliance ink that the penguin was stamped with - which was unexpected but I like it! It helps to define the outline of him a little better so I didn't bother trying to brush it off...
The patterned papers used are both from the Flair Designs Holly Jolly collection, and the striped ribbon is May Arts.
I covered the snowflake with Star Dust Stickles to give it a little glitter then attached it to the card with a mini glue dot. It's a pretty big embellishment but even with the glitter it's still pretty transparent and therefor doesn't overwhelm the card.
Did I tell y'all how much I'm liking these ghost shapes??? *grin*
