I was home by myself after the girls were in bed the other night and decided to pull out one of my Bare Elements "Peggy" picture frames and alter it for Tim to put in his office at work.
I got the picture frame at Michaels (with a coupon of course). It's 8x10" and the opening is sized for a 4x6" picture.
I used Spring Showers Stampin' Up! paper (retired some time ago) to cover the frame, then added some ribbon, a few blue baubles from Stamping Bella, and a couple Bazzill flowers (the buttons are from my stash).
The sentiment is from the Card Greetings II set by Green Grass stamps - I HAD to get his set after seeing this sentiment. Veronica used to sing this song to us and it was SOOO funny b/c the only words she knew was "You are my sunshine....make me happy!!" and she would sing it over and over again.
I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of the patterned paper using Brilliance Coffee Bean ink then roughed up the edges before adhering it.
