I'm still on my mission to use each bella stamp I own at least once (and with the recent arrival of my latest order from Stamping Bella I now have even MORE of them to ink up *wink*)
For this card I used balloonabella - I just love her dress and the balloons - both of which are great for paper-piecing (stamping the image onto patterned paper, cutting out the parts you want then adhering the paper over a plain stamped image).
I stamped her onto white cardstock then colored her in with Copic markers. I stamped her onto some patterned paper from the Autumn Collection by daisyd's (I am LOVING those papers - so rich and colorful - really elegant in a way too) and cut out just her dress and adhered it over top.
I used Icicle Stickles on her dress and the balloons (it turned out so super-sparkly that the camera had no problem picking it up!! LOVE it) and then hand-doodled the black border with a black fine-tipped marker.
The rest of the patterned paper is from the same daisyd's Autumn line, the paper flower is from Prima and the brad (which I also covered in Icicle Stickles) is from Karen Foster.
The sentiment is from A Muse and I just punched it out with my Word Window (Stampin' Up!) punch and sponged with Cool Caribbean (SU! - retired) ink.
