Another game of Tag is going around (Tara, Chelsey and Leslie tagged me - and maybe a couple of others but I can't remember! I know Kathy tagged me too but the link to her blog didn't work for me so Kathy if you see this sorry I couldn't get it to come up!!) - tho this one a little different than the one from a few days ago - this time I am supposed to list 7 things about me and tag 7 other bloggers.
Hmmmmmm OK here's 7 things about me:
1. Both of my daughters have strawberry red hair - I'm a brunette and Tim has like dirty blonde hair - and we get asked ALL the time where the girl's get their red hair (LOL the reason why I listed this first was b/c I took Veronica to get her hair cut today and I must have had half a dozen people ask this!!) I don't mind it but when you hear it over and over and over in the space of one morning it can get annoying LOL! (and FYI when Tim grows a goatee it's the same color as the girls hair ROFL!! So that's what I tell people!).
2. I am a rotten gardener - I consider it a success if I can keep the plants alive till the end of the growing season. I'd LIKE to be better at it - I LOVE flowers - I just have a black thumb!! :o( If there's a "Gardening For Dummies" book out there (and I'm sure there is *wink*) I definitely need it!
3. I don't like pizza - if I have to eat it I only like it with cheese and pizza sauce - no meat.
4. When I was in grade 5 I got the lead in the school play - I aced the audition with my fabulous singing skills (it was a musical) - Tim now turns the music up when I try to sing along to the radio - I guess I lost my touch ROFL (I don't blame him - I think I have an awful singing voice!!)
5. I'm a movie geek - I HAVE watched the Lord of the Rings Trilogy (ALL extended versions) in one sitting and enjoyed it (each one being 3-4 hours long - you do the math!) ---- now I just marvel at the fact that I had the TIME to do that!!
6. My grandmother was born in Scotland and still has family there - someday Tim and I would like to travel there and meet them.
7. I'm in the process of crocheting a throw for the living room (just a simple double crochet in rows - nothing fancy!!) - I started it a few moths ago and promptly forgot about it LOL! ----- WHEN *wink* I get it done tho I have a pattern for another blanket I want to crochet - it looks fairly simple and has flowers that are done separately and then sewed on - I want to make 2 in fun colors for each of my girls!!
OY - OK now I have to pick 7 people to tag!! Well I'm just gonna pick some at random off my blog list (and none of you have to participate if you don't want to!! :o)
