A lot of you know that I LOVE patterned paper (no really?? *wink*), and one of my favorite lines is Chatterbox. I have quite a few sheets of theirs (no clue as to the exact amount - but it's a lot!!) and the other day as I was flipping through it I came across this fun Summer Dots paper.
So here is one way I get inspired when making my cards. This entire card was inspired by this piece of Chatterbox paper. I chose the colors from the dots on the paper. I then pulled out my Stamping Bella stamp (and matching sentiment which always gives me a laugh LOL!), and OF COURSE my A Muse small oval (more about that here).
I used various Stampin' Up! markers to color in the Bella, and grounded her with the oval (you can learn more about masking here) using Certainly Celery ink.
I used Fiskars Scalloped Scissors on the Ruby Red CS. The sentiment was stamped twice (first without the "priceless" then JUST the "priceless" to get it to fit on this slider tag (from the CuttleBug Sliders die cut).
