I finished the last of the holiday cards I was making and this was the only other one I took a picture of:
I thought he turned out kinda cute!! I used circle punches to form the body (bottom one is a SU punch, the other two are from EK Success) and stamped the face and buttons using Palette Hybrid Noir Ink and Pumpkin Pie (SU).
I stamped the snowflake from the Cold Play set onto the Bashful Blue CS and it wasn't as noticeable as I wanted it so I highlighted them w/ a white gel pen.
I then glued on the circles, and stamped his arms. The hat and scarf I stamped using Real Red Craft ink (SU) and embossed w/ Iridescent Ice embossing Powder then cut them out and glued them on.
The Chocolate Chip mat I faux stitched a border around and glued on the card after tying on the grosgrain ribbon.
I added 3 white eyelets to the bottom using the Crop-o-dile I got from StarLitStudio - man once you get the hang of that thing (and it took me all of 5 minutes to - it's actually really easy to use) it's AWESOME. I've been putting eyelets in EVERYTHING. Not only is it quick, it's quiet too - a total bonus as I was up till 2 am the other night trying to get all the cards done and could keep setting eyelets as I didn't have to use the hammer and wake everyone up!! LOVE that!!
