Another fun thing going on for WCMD is that the Papercrafts website has released several FREE digital cardmaking kits - you can see them here.

Now before you totally ignore that tidbit (b/c if you're like me you've been avoiding ANYTHING to do with digital - I am definitely one of those peeps who has to touch and feel everything when cardmaking - that's half the fun!!) - check out Nichole's blog post here. She's given step-by-step instructions how to download said kits and then how to USE them. She does make it look really really easy!!

After reading her instructions I really think I'm gonna try these kits out and see what they're like! The fact that I can actually print them out and then literally MAKE a real card is what appeals to me (and did you notice the fact that the three kits Nichole made also co-ordinate with the THREE sets Papertrey will be releasing on the 15th of this month?? Just wait 'till you see them! They rock!!  *grin*)

Oh Yeeaaaahhhhhhh.......................

I got my first order from the Fall/Winter SU catty last week and the majority of it was ribbon ROFL!! I couldn't help myslef (it's a sickness.....).

The new ribbon is SOOOOO NICE!! I got a couple rolls of taffeta (very pretty and lightweight), 4 of the 6 In Color stitched ribbon (I wish I had got all the colors - I'll have them eventually tho!), some of the wide grosgrain (I REALLY like this stuff - it's quite impressive when you see it in real life!), and the Bashful Blue 1/4" grosgrain (FINALLY!!! I have been wanting bashful blue grosgrain since FOREVER!! And it IS a perfect match!).

NOT pictured is the Fairy Tale ribbon - I caved and got it (it's 17.95 for us Canadians!!) - and it is SOOOOO pretty - even at that price I'm glad I got it!!! :o)

Yup --- all this ribbon and yet I STILL got sucked into the sale at Michaels on the weekend and got like 7 more rolls from there....................*wink*

Enabler Alert!!

I just noticed that All That Scraps now has a bunch of the smaller owires in for the Bind-it-all. Of course I made sure to order all the ones I wanted (along with some other goodies) before posting this *evil grin*. I got some 1/2" and 5/8" ones along with a pack of 3/8" (which look pretty small - I think they will be perfect for tiny notepads and whatnot!!). There's also a bunch of new Primas, a TON of Making Memories stuff (which I couldn't resist!!) and all kinds of other goodies. Definitely worth a look-see!!

ALSO - I saw that Eclectic Paperie has got in all kinds of new things too - I so LOVE the new Bare Elements items. I don't think it will be long before I cave and order several more!!!
