ATS Haul #25 VIDEO

Been a long time eh? I've been getting comments and e-mails asking for more videos (I don't think some people actually "get" how crazy my life is at this moment LOL) - but lately I really have been INSANELY busy. And yes I've been taking it easy when I can too - that's another reason for the lack of posts/videos - I've been napping after work and sometimes before LOL.

We've got the reno's going on (anyone who's lived through that feels my pain *wink*) - and my hubby is doing an amazing job with all that so far - it's just stressful and messy and chaotic of course.

I'm also smack dab in the middle of dance competitions with both my girls - they both took dance this year for the first time so it's all new to us and totally not something I ever thought we'd be doing :P. They're doing great (figures my kids would be naturals at dance when I'm lucky not to trip over my own feet) it's just time consuming (hours of driving and sitting around and hair and makeup and all that fun stuff) - and right now when I don't have much time it's just nuts! But they're loving being up on stage (once they got over their nerves for the first round) and I'm not just being a proud mom when I say how good they are. I was impressed and so was their instructor and anyone who's seen them dance so far *big proud grin*.

So with all that and work and life and laundry and housecleaning and lack of sleep and city trips for doctor appointments (so far everything is great with the pregnancy BTW) my life is literally INSANE right now LOL!

All that and I am STILL having a hard time adjusting to my stamping space. I know in the video I posted it doesn't look as small and crowded as it really is but trust me I am CRAMPED in here. I literally can't turn in my chair without knocking something over. I'll get over it though - I haven't stamped in so long I'm starting to forget what it is ;) - I need to just get to it and take some time to create - it'd prolly be a good stress-releiver LOL!

So ANYWHO - here's just a simple haul video - I actually got this and filmed it a couple weeks ago but haven't had the time to edit/upload/link/etc. And then of course it's all been sitting in a pile on my desk ever since :P. Ah well!

Paper Smooches March '13 Haul VIDEO

Hello everyone :).

I hope y'all had a good weekend - I got back late Sunday night and spent most of Monday on the couch I was so exhausted. It was a good weekend though, we got a LOT accomplished.

Anywho - I wanted to get this quick little haul video posted. I DID finally get an Easter card made but I just need to find the time to get it all edited and uploaded - hopefully ASAP.

It felt good to get some stamping stuff in the mail yesterday. I haven't ordered anything new for months now - and it always feels like Christmas/birthday when I get a package in the mail that I know is filled with goodies for me (minus the surprise since I was the one who ordered it LOL).

Stamp Simply, TAWS & PS Haul VIDEO

Hello everyone :)

What with it being Thanksgiving weekend here for us Canadians I've been a bit busy with family activities and cooking turkey and all that fun stuff ;)
.
I got in a couple of stampy packages in the mail last week and have been too busy (and too sick - I'm STILL dealing with this cold/flu/allergies - blech) to get the video edited and posted and all the links done up. But it's FINALLY done now so here it is:

I keep hoping to get time to stamp but honestly it's when I'm sitting/laying down that I feel the worst (figures). Add to that I haven't been feeling creative at ALL - makes it rather hard to come up with new ideas and make cards. I will tho :)

Also FYI with the links - the one The Alley Way Stamps set won't be available 'till November thus no link (I showed a sneak peek of it in the video though!), and the pins I couldn't link to as they sold out. I did contact Sharon and she's expecting more to come in this week - so if you're interested keep checking the Stamp Simply store :).

Alrighty that's it for now. I have a bunch of laundry to finish and I'm really trying not to dive into the apple pie I made yesterday (I made 2 - the first one got finished off when family and friends were here yesterday and now the 2nd one is calling to me :P - my youngest is enjoying a slice of it right now.....) but we'll see how long I can hold out LOL. I make good pie ;)

SimonSaysStamps Haul #2 VIDEO

Oy. I mentioned on my Facebook page that I was having a rough week (pay cuts, having to cancel a major trip, issues with other people, family drama, etc etc etc then of course all sorts of little insignificant things that pile up on top of it and become BIG deals when they're really not) - and then I worked straight through every day without having much of a break and/or time to eat. First world issues ;)
.
And now I'm paying for it LOL. I was fighting off getting sick but now it's all settling in. One can't go at a crazy pace forever (no matter how hard she tries to convince herself if she makes it to the weekend it will all be worth it! ;)) as it all comes to a head sooner or later. I was hoping for later - MUCH later....or just never...
.
Anywho - even though I feel like garbage now that I've had the nap I mention at the end of the video (lol) and some time to organize and deal some of life's little issues - I can get this video posted after getting all the links to all the goodies ;)
.
Not like I needed anymore Halloween stuff (or anymore stuff in general), but now I'm even more glad I ordered it all as it cheered me up to get that parcel at the post office (it's like Christmas - picking up a package just for me knowing there's goodies inside ;)).
.

I tend to go for long periods of time not buying anything new (and it's usually over summer), now with the change of season and fall, Halloween and *ssshhhhhh* Christmas around the corner I get the itch to buy all sorts of new goodies ;)
.
Like I say in the video TCP had a sale so I ordered a few things I'd had my eye on for a while.
.
I'm looking forward to this weekend - I'm hoping to get some cards made up - and I'm hoping to set aside some time to start planning my Halloween series :) :) :) REALLY excited for that!!

SimonSaysStamp & The Alley Way Stamps Haul VIDEO

I know I'm posting one video after another lately :) I've got a lot on my to-do list and need to get as many of these up before I dive into the Halloween Series ;) ;)
.
I've been ordering some new goodies for said Halloween Series - it's been fun getting parcels in the mail the past couple of weeks!
.
I got my Simon Says Stamp order last week and like I say in the beginning of the video I'm a little peeved that they didn't even bother to respond to my e-mail that I sent them well over a month ago now.
.
I've never asked companies for anything - I have accepted a freebie here and there over the years (and that's pretty rare for me - I don't get offers very often - and sometimes I've turned down something that's been offered because it's something I personally wouldn't use or wouldn't feel right encouraging other's to buy - and where's the point in that? However I digress...) but 99% of the time what I use on my cards is bought with my own $$. And there's nothing wrong with that - I just thought "Hey why not just contact a couple of places and see?" Worst they can do is say no and if they said yes well that would help me out a LOT. Buying up a bunch of goodies for video series like this can *really* empty my wallet - so I'd take anything.
.
Sadly though they never even replied to my e-mail - which irked a bit. But I ordered anyway ;) I had contacted another company at the same time and they didn't reply either :(. Ah well I had gone into it assuming I'd get shot down - not expectig for them not to reply at all. First world problems eh? lol
.
Happy note though I DID have one company contact ME with an offer so I picked up a couple of *really* cute stamp sets that I thought I could have fun with during my Halloween madness. I added those to the video so y'all could see them. They make some neat stamp sets!
.

Stamping Bella Haul #2 VIDEO

It's been a looonnnggg time since I've done a Stamping Bella haul. Lately I've been getting my SB fix through All That Scraps as I can just add a couple of their stamps to my (already full ;)) cart!

ATS Haul #22 + Paper Smooches July Stamps VIDEO

It's been a looonnggg time since I posted a haul video! It's been MONTHS since I've ordered anything new.

I finally had enough in my cart at ATS to qualify for free shipping - that plus they got the new Memento ink colors in stock so I had to order *grin*.

I also threw in the new Paper Smooches July stamps since they were sitting there and they're so cute :)

Hello everyone!

Yet another haul video today - BUT stay tuned (AKA keep checkin' in) as I have a couple of product review videos that I will hopefully have uploaded today too.

I enjoy sharing my hauls with you guys - my hubby isn't someone I can gush to when I get a new pack of patterned paper (LOL but then he has a hard time with me being rather bored when he's all excited about new fishing lures - so really......) so it's kind of fun to share them with other people who "get" it!
